I have the Claudette flats. They are incredibly comfortable, however, the tips deteriorated VERY quickly. I noticed a slight bend when trying them on in with outfits in my closet. It caught my attention but I loved them so much I overlooked it. After 2-3 wears there was a noticable bend in both tips. And now after 10 wears they are full on creases. Very disappointing. They are definitely the right size, they are not too small. Those tips are delicate.
That is a beautiful coat and looks lovely on you. Tailoring looks fresh and is a much needed change from so much oversized. Something similar but a shorter length is what I’ve been on the hunt for. Because of where I live longer coats aren’t necessary.

Hi Jennifer, quick question on sale items. I noticed many sites are now saying "final sale" no returns or exchanges with the sale items. But as you said, it's hard to really determine a fit on line. If it arrives and you need to adjust the sizing that is not an option. Do you have any suggestions on how to navigate that? The Toteme site has many items on sale I would buy but the "final sale" deterred me.
I am not a fan of final sale. Google the items you are interested in and see if they are on sale somewhere else that has a return policy. That would deter me too.
do you have any recommendations for similar tailored coats for petite people? The very long coats tend to swallow us up but i like how they look.
My best suggestion would be to find a good tailor. If the sizing every where else works and it's only a question of length, that is an easy fix.

Lucky you! The COS could be good. Plus, if you don't need longer, heavier pieces, why spend a lot on them?!
