Meet Me in NYC
First, tomorrow, NYC, Tribeca—I’ll be there with some of my favorite women-founded brands at a beautiful gallery. Come say hello!
And, if you want more (or can’t make tomorrow), this is happening next week.
If you aren’t familiar with Rùadh and St. Rose, I can’t wait to introduce you (stay tuned for my next post which includes my new fave jeans). And if you would like to come, this event is at a private residence, you must RSVP.
A Classic Combo
The other day, yesterday, to be exact, I snapped up my vintage Wrangler western denim shirt, tucked it into my vintage Levi’s, threw my Rika Studios red sweater around my shoulders, added my Knife Edge hoops and Baby Bullseye necklace, Ray Ban Wayfarers and Converse low tops and thought—how majorly classic. But also classic in a way that makes you feel fairly cool and put together.
Somehow, I couldn’t get a head-to-toe image, but you get the idea. It reminded me of some of my all-time favorite looks from Sade and Lauren Hutton, plus this image (below) from French Vogue (which I didn’t purposely try to replicate above, but obviously, subliminaly, it happened). It’s such no brainer combo that never gets old.
From left: Kule sweater, Suzie Kondi shirt, JA hoops and Bullseye necklace, Ray Ban Wayfarers, Nili Lotan shirt, High Sport sweater.
If you’re adventurous (and want to save money), eBay has an array of Wrangler shirts. Here’s to sometimes keeping it classic!

The jean shirt, red sweater and jeans is the perfect combination. A jean shirt is probably the most worn item I have.
I am always a fan of double denim :) Especially vintage. Will have to try adding the sweater to my shoulders though :)
